Aku dah tengok filem ni and... ... ... uhmmmmm... ... ...
okay seriously, this film dosent really what you expected from the poster and the trailer...
first of all, 8JAM, i thought maybe dier ada cuma 8 jam untuk selamatkan awek dier yang ntah-aper-name tu dari cengkaman evil man or whatever ke haper.
but NO, 8 jam is actually baki masa yang dier ada sebelum hukuman mati... O___O
and the entire film is about he flashback days before how-de-hel he ended up in jail.
idk. maybe Ahmad Idhman want to make a movie like "riwayat hidup (chronicle)" about seseorang yang end up in jail n dier ceriter kan balik how and why dier masuk jail or per-per ke... idk.
ceriter nye however... ... ... well... i can say its pretty brief...
ceriter nye is about...
a man who is in jail flashback about how and why he got there... .. . n pretty much thats it...
and... to be honest... it kidda reminds me of something... not a movie... but a slot...

i guess thats why aku nampak byak yang facepalm'd, sighed, long face mse keluar dari wayang...
n sepanjang 1jam 22min, aku tried to understand this Budiman guy... is he really normal person..? is he a person who traumatized with the past...? or is he just a mentally challenged guy...? and by the time aku dapat understand a lil' bit, dier dah mati.... ... .. .
and to be honest, aku takder masa nak memahami watak utama nye. bukan nak cakap memahami 100% tapi cukup lah sekadar aku boleh cakap:
"yes bro... i know that feeling, bro... i know... (bajet lah manly tears)"
berkenaan dengan watak juga,
mungkin aku n korang dah tau siapa watak utama nye (Sam, ye aku tau), mungkin dah tau siapa watak pembantu nye, siapa watak cikgu matematik, watak budak kecik tu or anything... BUT for me, there's satu watak yang mungkin aku n many others yang tak tau...

THAT GUY! That awesome villain guy who wear snow cap! Who's that guy?! What's his name?! What's his background story?! Why he so awesome??!! Is he the guy from the bus who tried to steal that woman's purse...? and also one of the guy from taiko who Budiman made deal with..? AND YET somehow coincidence that he also was in the bus and tried to steal that purse AND SOMEHOW Budiman fight this guy which he dont know that that guy is from that taiko person or....

OR HE JUST A STUNTMAN WHO PLAY A ROLL...?!
if the answer is "yes", ppppfffttt well that explained why he dosent talk... MUCH...!
aku tak nak cakap filem ni s**t a** or per-per sebab overall, its just a... pretty yes-no kidda... decent... movie... dosent mean it so, so good.. mungkin korang yang peminat tahap dewa pnyer Sam, you probably dont have problem with this film so go watch it (just GO!!). If you not that kind of fan well.... its up to you.. idk...
its like "hey, ko nak filem aksi? nah amik ko" the end...
IT JUST.NOT. WHAT. YOU. EXPECTED. and you probably (im not saying that you would) gonna be very disappointing ... :(
